This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by quenph ("quenph," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected through the quenph website at quenph.club, its related services, mobile-optimised interfaces, customer support channels, and any other platform operated by quenph (collectively, the "Services").

quenph is committed to responsible data stewardship in full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Where applicable, quenph also observes internationally recognised data protection standards.

By registering an account, using the Services, or submitting any personal information to quenph, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the quenph platform. Please also review the Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Services generally.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Registration and Identity Data

When you create a quenph Account, we collect: full legal name; date of birth; residential address; email address; mobile number; and, for KYC verification purposes, government-issued identification document details (e.g., UMID, Driver's License, PhilHealth ID, Philippine Passport, or PRC card). This category of data is mandatory — without it, quenph cannot create or maintain your Account or process withdrawals.

2.2 Financial and Transaction Data

quenph records all deposit and withdrawal transactions associated with your Account, including: payment method identifiers (e.g., registered GCash or Maya mobile number); transaction amounts in Philippine Pesos (PHP); transaction timestamps; and transaction reference numbers. quenph does not store full bank account numbers, card numbers, or GCash/Maya PINs — these credentials are handled directly by the respective payment providers.

2.3 Gaming Activity Data

quenph logs your gameplay activity, including: games accessed; bet amounts; game outcomes; session start and end times; and bonus usage. This data is used for player account management, regulatory reporting, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

2.4 Technical and Device Data

When you access quenph, our systems automatically collect: IP address; device type and operating system; browser type and version; screen resolution; referring URL; and pages visited within the quenph platform. • KYC and AML compliance: Verifying your identity and age (21+ requirement) and complying with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• Payment processing: Facilitating deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Pesos via approved payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

quenph does not sell your personal data to third parties. quenph may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in Section 4:

• Payment service providers: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and other approved Philippine payment processors, solely to facilitate transactions.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC service providers used to verify government-issued identification documents.
• Game content providers: Software licensors whose games are hosted on quenph, to the extent required to administer gameplay and RTP compliance.
• IT and hosting providers: Cloud infrastructure and hosting partners engaged to operate the quenph platform, subject to contractual data processing agreements.

Where quenph engages third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines, any transfer of your personal data to such providers will be conducted only where appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC guidelines. These safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the NPC or equivalent data protection standards recognised under Philippine law.

quenph takes reasonable steps to ensure that all international data transfer arrangements provide a level of protection for your personal data that is equivalent to the protections afforded under Philippine law.

8. Data Retention

quenph retains your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for such additional periods as required by applicable law and regulation. Specifically:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AML obligations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under Philippine AML regulations.
• Responsible gaming records: Self-exclusion records and deposit limit histories are retained for the duration of any exclusion period and for three (3) years thereafter.
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn and for one (1) year thereafter as evidence of consent management.

Where retention is no longer required, quenph will securely delete or anonymise your personal data.

• Bcrypt hashing with individual salts for Account password storage — quenph staff cannot read your password;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all registered players;
• Real-time login anomaly detection and IP-based access monitoring;
• Access controls restricting internal employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security assessments and penetration testing of the quenph platform.

While quenph takes these measures seriously, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your quenph Account and to enable 2FA. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a high risk to your rights, quenph will notify you and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by quenph:

If you believe quenph has not adequately addressed your privacy concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

12. Children and Minors

quenph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. The Services are strictly intended for adults aged 21 and older in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. If quenph becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under 21, it will immediately suspend the associated Account, void any associated transactions, and delete the personal data without delay.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

quenph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or platform features. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the quenph Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
