Employees, directors, officers, and agents of quenph, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to register an Account or participate in any promotional offer.

Prior to processing a withdrawal, you must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. quenph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You agree to notify quenph immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account. quenph shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
quenph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) quenph suspects fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity; (c) required by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
quenph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. quenph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. quenph reserves the right to refuse deposits that cannot be verified.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. KYC verification must be completed before quenph will process any withdrawal request. quenph aims to process verified GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; processing times for bank transfers and other methods may vary. quenph reserves the right to apply standard processing periods of up to five (5) business days for large or complex withdrawal requests.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. quenph reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱150 (or the remaining Account balance, whichever is lower) to inactive Accounts. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
All bonuses and promotions offered by quenph are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits as set out in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus credits must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
The quenph welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a quenph Account under any name or email address are not eligible. quenph reserves the right to retract welcome bonus credit where it determines that a new Account was created in circumvention of the single-account rule.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.
quenph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any qualifying wagering completed prior to withdrawal will be honoured.
All games available on quenph are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit quenph's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
quenph's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
quenph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a notice displayed prominently on the quenph platform at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
